Pre secondary invoices entered in sales rep palm tops can be uploaded into to the FiNAC system. It can be invoiced by simply selecting the Pre Secondary Invoice option. This will help to speed up the invoicing process.
According to the under/over charge amount in an invoice, a credit note or a debit note will be generated automatically. It will then be reflected in the debtor’s outstanding balance. This will eliminate loss of amounts that should be collected or reduced from debtors.
All retailers entered into palm tops and the price lists sent by the head office can be uploaded into the system in minutes. This will help to speed up operations and maintain accuracy.
Stock can be auto loaded into the van according to the pre secondary invoices entered for a particular tour. If there is a stock shortage in the main store, a shortage report will be generated stating shortage stock details. This will speed up the loading process accuracy and speed.
Auto adjustment of stock balances in vans according to van returns or transfers. This will speed up the adjustment of stock balance at the end of the day.
Van sales summary is a very important report in the system. This report provides information on all the item movement for a particular day. According to the balances from the previous day and the current day van returns, it produces a shortage/excess of stock and the value of the difference is shown. This is important to identify and claim any losses.
Daily invoicing and collections can be reconciled using van reconciliation report. This report provides information as follows:

Shop sales can be monitored using the system. Online printing of the shop sales invoices is supported. Sales analysis reports can be obtained for the shops.
The system will provide up to date debtor balances. Information like outstanding balances, non-allocated credit notes or advances and PD cheque amounts is available.
Each debtor can be assigned a credit limit and a credit period. Using the system you will be able to obtain information about debtors exceeding the credit limit. This facilitates more control over the debtor maintenance.

Monitoring of post-dated cheques is facilitated by the system. A set of cheques can be presented to the bank by simply selecting the necessary cheques. At the time of cheque realization a set of cheques can be realized very easily by entering the specific bank's standard realization period (e.g. Number of days taken by the bank for realization). The above mentioned methods will increase the data entry speed and productivity.
Post-dated cheque system provides facilities to dishonour, hold, release and re-deposit a cheque that has been banked.
